Dr. Ayers has been in education for over 20 years and holds a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with a minor in Educational Technology.  His instructional coaching style revolves around Learner-Centered Instruction, Restorative Practices, and Schlechty's Engagement Model.  As a CTE director, he strives to unite his teachers in using Experiential Learning as the format of their teaching style.
