About me
Corey is an Associate Director in State and District Partnerships at the College Board. He partners with school districts across Texas in increasing access and performance. He is an advocate for providing for providing the the College Board programs into ALL students' hands to improve their trajectory after high school. Prior to his time at the College Board, he was an AP Chemistry teacher for a decade, and an instructional coach in the Advanced Academics department for two years. You can talk to him about how to utilize the SAT/PSAT Suite, Advanced Placement courses and resources, BigFuture, and more to improve outcomes for students and best prepare them for life after high school.
Corey is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry through the UTeach program. Corey is also heavily involved in building student servant leadership through Key Club, where he serves as the Assistant District Administrator for the Texas-Oklahoma District of Key Club. He is also a alumnus of the Terry Foundation Scholarship program and give back his time by interviewing high school seniors for the scholarship and serves as a mentor to college students.
